- Pay: $20–$22 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, minimum of 15 hours per week
About the Opportunity:
Lelly Woo-Grimes State Farm is seeking an organized, dependable Agent Assistant to support our agency in Garden Grove. We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of relevant experience who is bilingual in English and either Spanish or Vietnamese.
Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and day-to-day support to the agent and agency team.
- Assist with customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and organize agency documents.
- Assist Spanish- or Vietnamese-speaking customers in their preferred language.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities to help keep office operations running smoothly.
- Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
- Must have your own car or transportation.
- Must complete a CTS assessment before hire, provided by the recruiter.
Schedule and Availability:
- Part-time with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with availability Monday through Saturday.
- May need to work a couple of hours on occasional Saturdays.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
