Position Overview
As a Telemarketer / Outreach Representative, your primary mission will be to connect with prospective and existing clients over the phone. You’ll help generate leads, renew policies, cross-sell insurance products, follow up on warm prospects, and provide excellent customer service—all as part of our dynamic sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads, former clients, and referral lists
- Introduce and explain various insurance products (auto, renters, home, life, etc.)
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents
- Follow up with leads
- Update and maintain CRM and contact databases
- Support cross-selling and renewal efforts
- Work toward monthly call, contact, and conversion goals
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling skill
What We’re Looking For:
We want candidates with potential, not necessarily years of experience. Here’s what matters most:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A positive, coachable attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to handle rejection and persist through follow-up
- Self-motivation, discipline, and reliability
- Previous sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus—but not required
