The Role:

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to Lelly Woo-Grimes and the team, supporting everything from scheduling and communication to office management and special projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and contributing to the success of our top-tier business. If you love working in a fun, dynamic environment and have a passion for helping others, this is the perfect job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Spanish is a Plus!
  • Support the executive team with calendar management, meetings, and event planning
  • Handle client communication with professionalism and care (bonus points if you speak Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese!)
  • Assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and provide support to help the team thrive
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Bring your positive energy and creative ideas to the table!
What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who is organized, proactive, and loves keeping things on track
  • A great communicator (both in person and digitally) – you’ll be interacting with clients and the team all day!
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Bonus if you have bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese!)
  • Passion for helping people and making a difference
  • Interest in personal growth (we love our yoga, beach cruising, and working out!)
