Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Spanish Telemarketer, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and generating leads for our insurance products. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in fostering relationships with our Spanish-speaking community and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive in-bound and Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce State Farm products and services.
- Provide information and answer questions about insurance options in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and manage client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and to maximize lead conversion.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
